Tombstones, with hashes.

Each entry is a public research verdict with a content hash, optional OpenTimestamps proof, and a repository-history check tying the digest to a commit before the verdict date.

How to verify

Run node scripts/verify-record.mjs from the repository root. The script recomputes each entry's body hash, verifies any declared ots_proof with the ots CLI, and confirms git history contains the digest before the verdict date.
